Dantaya Williams
Chief Human Resources Officer
Dantaya Williams is the chief human resources officer at RTX. She is responsible for the company’s Global Human Resources function, which is focused on the RTX people strategy – including talent development; diversity, equity and inclusion; employee and labor relations; total rewards; and employee experience.
Williams, who joined United Technologies Corporation prior to the company’s 2020 merger with Raytheon Company, has 25 years of human resources and leadership experience. She established United Technologies’ Talent, Inclusion and Engagement organization and worked in numerous positions across the former United Technologies Carrier division, with a focus on labor relations.
She is a member of The Executive Leadership Council, serves on the FIRST® Board of Directors, and is a member of the Advisory Board for Michigan State University’s School of Human Resources and Labor Relations.
Williams holds a bachelor’s degree in psychology and a master’s degree in labor relations and human resources from Michigan State University.
