Program Spotlight: Power of Choice
The Power of Choice curriculum for deep reach talent, developed in partnership with Korn Ferry, brought together four under-represented communities for an immersive 2-day professional development experience. The program focuses on enhancing belonging and connection, while providing networking opportunities with other organizational leaders and members of the DE&I Advisory Board. Since its inception in 2021, the program has witnessed a 96.2% rate of retention and 20.5% rate of promotion for participants.

Safety Spotlight: The Ergo Cup
A team from Collins Aerospace in Oakville, Canada, was one of five winning teams (out of more than 50 submissions) of the 2023 RTX Ergo Cup. The award recognizes teams across RTX that develop and implement innovative solutions to reduce ergonomic risk. While sanding axle bands on the shop floor, employees at Collins had reported hand fatigue and discomfort. The team used additive manufacturing to develop handles to help improve gripping of the sandpaper – optimizing employee grip strength, decreasing fatigue and eliminating contact pressure.
